At Opportunity Nox Australia, we take a hands-on approach to create a road map aimed at helping you turn your redundancy into your next opportunity. We are not just consultants; we are partners who will be invested in taking a personal, hands-on approach to helping you meet and overcome the many challenges of being made redundant.
Led by John Kingsley-Jones, a seasoned professional with a proven track record of excellence in corporate communications, our goal is to ensure you have all the tools you need to help you identify and capture your next opportunity.
John Kingsley-Jones has worked in corporate communications for more than 20 years.
Ten years ago, he launched his own highly-successful communications consultancy using some of the proceeds of a payout he received after opting for a voluntary redundancy.
In the past 10 years, he has seen many of his work colleagues and friends, who have been made redundant, bounce back by turning their redundancy into their next opportunity.
John founded Opportunity Nox Australia to help people who have been made redundant by drawing on the lessons learned through both his personal experience and that of his work colleagues and friends – and these are shared with clients of Opportunity Nox Australia.
John has demonstrated his prowess by devising and successfully implementing communication strategies for some of the most significant projects in Australia, including:
Guiding strategic communications for one of the largest capital works projects in the Jemena Gas Network.
Playing a pivotal role in the successful communication strategies for the substantial capital works projects in the Jemena Electricity Network.
Steering communications for the strategic partnership between Jemena and Veolia on the Rosehill Recycled Water Project.
Contributing to the success of six projects under the Sydney Water portfolio.
Leading communications efforts for more than 15 major projects under Transport for NSW Maritime.
Strategically managing communication for 17 Business Transformation projects at AGL Energy.
Overseeing communications for the deployment of smart meters to five million sites in Melbourne.
Playing a pivotal role in communication strategies for the ambitious Level Crossings Removal program.
Behind John Kingsley-Jones is a dedicated team of professionals, each bringing a unique set of skills and experiences to the table. Together, we form a cohesive unit committed to delivering unparalleled communication solutions, unlocking opportunities, and driving success for our clients.
